Meet Our Nonprofit
Award Recipients.
Congratulations to our 2026 Q2 recipient: JEMfriends!
In the Treasure Valley, youth aging out of the foster care system face a daunting reality: within just two years of leaving the system, 43% experience homelessness and 33% remain unemployed. These startling statistics represent resilient young adults who often lack the safety net many of us take for granted.
JEMfriends steps into this gap to ensure these individuals aren't just another statistic.
At the heart of their mission is the Independent Living Program, which provides a wholistic foundation for stability through five essential "Stepping Stones": Housing, Education, Employment, Transportation & Community.
By supporting JEMfriends, our giving circle is helping provide the tools and community these vulnerable young adults need to navigate the transition to adulthood with confidence.
